Print Ad
Top of ad: Eyes, top of forehead, and helmet seen of a soldier from Iraq. In the eyes is a reflection of war… the everyday parts of war that unite soldiers as brothers. Seen to the left is the inside of a hospital tent. To the right we see soldiers gun-to-gun with rebels.
The soldier’s face is blended with a dominant field of the American Flag, touching the top of the bridge of the soldier’s nose, fading his face out and extending to the bottom third of the page.
Underneath the flag, in bold standard block print:
‘I am a Patriot and I love my country, because my country is all I know. I want to be with my family; the people who understand me’… Send me home.
This ad will run during the holiday season, and will be placed in each major paper on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
